I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of old facilities on my homeworld.
I want to replace the farms, rad and mineral mines with monolitic facilities. Anyone tell me how? Thanks.

Click on 'cargo orders' then 'scrap cargo', it will let you select facilities to scrap and any other cargo on the planet.
