Strategic combat needs more information |

Description
When the combat begins dilogue we need more information like where it's happening, what are what are the forces present at teh scene so we should know if this combat is important enough to play it in tactical or just leave it to strategic.
Also i might suggest movin the window up 100 pixels so that it won't overlap the map where the combat is taking place ?

Is it needed?
The only time you'd be in the dark about what enemy forces are present is during a WP combat or the AI attacks you - so you have no choice anyway - all other times you're issuing the attack order so I'd imagine you'd what forces were on hand.
