Description
I experience a possible hang during the "Processing after all players turns" phase after entering the Alliance Chamber and voting for allow the Eee to join the alliance.
If I do not vote either way the hang does not occur, but it occurred in the subsequent turn when I, again, voted to allow the Eee to join (the Ukra-Tal also voted yes).

I have the same bug
The game hangs when voting on any proposal in the alliance... which breaks the game since a major feature is completely broken
