Colonies List causes out of memory error |

Description
I've got about 150 planets colonized, and hitting the Colonies List menu button causes an out of memory error. I've got 4 GB of RAM loaded in the computer on an AMD x64 processor. Windows reports peak memory usage at about 850 MB

I tried it again and it didn't repro. I've come to suspect that this occurs not due to the number of colonies but to the list of facilities on the colony. I had a custom layout and the planets had lots of facilities and cargo showing up.

I have repro'd this bug
It is not the number of colonies, but rather the number of units on the colonies. When too many units are stored across all of a users colonies, there will be an out of memory error when accessing the colonies list. BTW, I was watching system memory at the time and it never got above 600 MB of Mem Usage, so this is a program bug and not a Windows bug.
