Description
First, sorry for reporting it twice (I wrote it earlier at the forums, argh)
Ok, begining of the game. My 1st turn, and I can see ruins on one of the planets (Ghedran I) in my system. Nice. The problem is, in 2nd turn the ruins have vanished. Fortunatelly I've saved the game in my 1st turn so I can provide the savegame. This is 100% repeatable (at least at my PC)

Fixed in 1.13, along with disappearing storm/star/warp point abilities.
