Simulator problems

I can't find a list of Simulator problems anywhere, so I'm starting here with one bug and would like to see other simulator problems listed here as well.

(I have the release version order via mail on CD so will feel more likely to be reporting bugs at that time.)

The problem I'll be starting with here is that when I run the Space Simulator, with weapons platforms on a planet, the weapons platforms do not fire at the incoming enemy ships on their own, even with the auto-fire options set to true.

I can manually fire the weapons platforms and wipe out the incoming ships, so I know the weapons platforms work just fine. They just don't fire automatically.
