How do i expand facility space on a planet

For interested players, I have uploaded version 1.1 of the Proportions mod for SE5 to Spaceempires.net and PBW "mods" section. Much of the bugs and mistakes were corrected and the game should be much more balanced and fun. Development on the mod, of course, will continue.

Ive gotten myself into a slight jam. I have a rather large game in the works and I'm truly TIRED of watching every ship move to its destination. Where do I turn off "Camera following Ships" option? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
