Unique Technologies and Diplomacy

If I were a Unique Technology how would I make it possible to find me. I have the proper requirement of needing to find ruins, but am still not coming up.

Also, if I were wanting to look at the anger empires have towards one another and were hankering to add in the "Political Relations" variable to make it possible to create Diplomatic Facilities where would I look? Thanks

Wow, Aaron's really on the ball this week... Laughing out loud

I also reported a bug causing combat replays to appear in simultaneous games when ships trigger a minefield, but he didn't get the savegame I sent him in time to get a fix into this patch...

/me especially likes #6 - shipset designers no longer need to worry about firing arcs unless they REALLY want their ships to look "perfect", and shipset can no longer be "handicapped" by not giving them a full set of arcs without explicitly specifying in a mod that they are not to get the full 360 degree firing arc! Eye-wink

1. Fixed - AI script for purchasing initial technology would sometimes repurchase existing levels.

racial traits

so naturally depressed racial trait (in Balance) does -3% happiness and gives you 500 points, but emotionless makes it so you dont grow happy or sad...and it costs 1,000 points.

so if I have both how will that work exactaly? and what was the happiness effect on the population again?
