I have playes a bit vs the computer, but have no experience working against human players.
Are there any games currently loking for players for Balance mod 1.16? I am interested in preferably a new game, but might join a game in progress to get a feel for it.

I just again Installed Space Empires, and i saw that there are a lot of patches.

I'm interested if i must intall all of them from 1.01 (or 1.12 something like that) or Latest one 1.74 ?

I am playing a BM1.16 game using the excellent Hiigaran shipset (by Covenant, Version 2.0).

Everything runs fine except one small annoyance: whenever switching into a system where I have build one or more SPACE STATIONs there is a considerable delay about 15 seconds compared to 1-2 seconds in other - crowded - systems.

The Space stations are shown without any problem in the sector view, although again with some delay.

Any hints?

Has anyone calculated the progression for armor and weaopon values in stock?

Also, is there a tech tree for stock anywhere?
