My Intellegence was stealing Alien Technologies all the time. I seriusly want to get Temperor Technologies. In final turn they surrender but i never get Temperor Technologies. Is It imposible to get race Technologies during the game? Second topic.. |
About Minister!Soumis par Higaran le Jeu, 2007-12-20 01:13 Space Empires V FAQsI have used before Minister for Controlling more then over 50 planet. So i touched minister then my research unit design politics and intel in chaos. I have to turn off all minister and do everything by hand. So i spend more then hour to do this. What did I wrong ? I just want to make Automatic Ship Retrofit and Automatic Facility Upgrades. What I have to do??? |

It kinda sucks that the volume during setup is at full volume all the time while my game volume is always at 40-60%. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to have. 2. Global custom layouts. Problem with new patch 1.66Soumis par boromeo le Jeu, 2007-12-20 08:35 Space Empires V GeneralThere's a problem with 1.66 patch If i choose to play with quick start i have no problem but if i choose new game and create my empire when i play the game the AI won't build any facilities ships and units nothing at all and my settings are all under AI control except for research , i didn't have that problem with 1.63 , i even desinstalled and reinstalled the game and with version 1.00 when i chose new game and created my empire the AI would builds facilities and ships and units , and then with patch 1.63 applied The AI wouldn't build anything , no facilities ships and units and liek i said all settingsunder computer control except for research so please fix this !! |

Script function to find particular component?Soumis par Isopsyco le Jeu, 2007-12-20 08:38 SE:V MODsAnyone know how to get a particular component from a ship and determine if its damaged? I've looked through the script function lists and see that a list can be generated by component ID. What is the component ID referenced to? If I wanted to check and see if any ship has component X and its damaged how do I reference the component ID? |

V1.6x broke the tutorial/scenario?Soumis par Lector Rae le Jeu, 2007-12-20 18:33 SE:V MODsI'm not sure what patch broke it, but the first I noticed it was 1.63. Seems the tutorial is broken now, has anyone else run into this? Kinda sucks as my 'mod' is more going to be a series of missions scenarios. Any ideas of a work around or do I need to wait for an official patch? |

Script function problemSoumis par Isopsyco le Jeu, 2007-12-20 21:39 SE:V MODsI using the function Sys_Get_List_Of_Space_Objects_Of_Type with space object type ship and the list isn't filling. The code below is my function, you can see next to it the same function call but calling for planets instead. The planet list fills and gives me a value. Anyone see a problem with my script or is there a bug in the function, if so it also effects the intel and external events script files (only other two places where I found those functions used with the ship object).
