Years ago, it had been prophesied by many that the new millennium would bring peace, understanding, and the seducement of battle fleets throughout the colonies. They were wrong. Within 5 years, diplomacy was failing between the isolationist Kusari and Rheinland and the more open Liberty and Bretonia. Within ten years, it was dead. Within 15, Fleets of both sides prowled the cosmos eradicating colonies and enemy fleets as pirate movements gained strength and billions of soldiers and civilians simply ceased to exist. All the while and ancient foe bided its time rebuilding and preparing for a new war.

As a member of the 501st (www.501st.com) I feel it is my duty to report to everyone that last year, George Lucas and Lucasfilm officially stated that May 1st is "501st Day" (5/01) in recognition for everything the 501st has done.

The week of May 1st, keep an eye out for the Boys In White around your area. We'll be out all over the country (Canada and US).

For those of you who don't know who the 501st are, we are a Stormtrooper costume club. Membership is simple: must own a replica Imperial costume of some sort.

Im waiting for the final book in the Wheel of time series, Its sad he died before he could publish the book, but he left notes about how he wanted it to end so I think it will be a great read.

I was wondering if there are any other books that are like it, based on genre or if you like wheel of time and have another favorite book or series let me know

Hi everyone ^^ at this time I am looking for a good sci-fi novel with focus of deep space (or space in general) exploring and maybe some first contact events.

Also interesting could be a novel more space opera like with focus on space battles

any recomendations, tips, hints or at least a push in the right direction?
