SE5 1.08 Feature request: More tech screen options

I've been playing a tech-heavy game and the tech screen's current options are a little limiting on my min/maxing

Beside the "turns to completion" display on the tech-point section of each tech, when points are spent on the tech could I instead choose "levels completed this turn"? Having it as a decimal would be a bonus for me.
