Treaty spam 1.08 with Kworks mod

Playing with Kworks mod, I'm getting spammed to death by treaties, this is something that happened without the mod aswell, but thought I'd mention it.

Now, the interresting part here, is that I've chosen team play, AI vs me, and still they spam me with peace treaties and whatnot.

If the AI between themselves accept half these treaties then the can seriously gimp themselves too.

I don't understand why the creator of this game is making the game so complex for the AI when he knows there will NEVER be a time when he can code an AI who knows how to use these treaties anyway.

Please include a button to turn off diplomacy totally, its just boring.
