Description
I did spend quite some points on "negatives" (physically weak, etc.)
in order to buy me 2 racial techs and then some other "positive" boni, using the "medium" (3k pts) setting in empire setup.
If I save this empire, I cannot re-load it, even immediately, and not even if I raise the setting to "high" (5k pts).
I always get the error i use more points for my race than are allowed...
Maybe if only 1 "special" racial technology tree is allowed, then document this and disallow choosing more than one at once....?

I think it is just something to do witht he negatives being selected. Must be some error in saving those. i9 usually select all five racial techs.
