Space Empires V General
I was wondering for a moment while playing why I couldn't use my intelligence points, and then I figured it is problably because it was made in a treaty or alliance, but I thought that no intelligence use would be only against the empire you are making the treaty with, not every empire, It really doesn't make sense, and should be changed, because now I have no way to defend intelligence used against me, nor can I use it against my enemies????????
Any suggestion, other than just changing the treaty would be great....
I will say alliances are a great addition to the game

There is "allied assistance"
There is "allied assistance" intel... perhaps you could convince your ally to use that on you? Or maybe it only works if you are using intel to begin with; I'm not sure. In any event, yeah, you'll either have to modify or break the treaty if you want to use intel.
