Strange feeling about the game |
First of all, I never seen a game with such potential as SEV, this game could and can be the best strategy game ever made, diplomacy, ship building, alliances system and so many other new points give to the game an incredible potential.
But, we always have a "but", the game is just new, lot of bugs, weak AI, unbalanced in several points. I already bought it, and played it a few times and I am realy thinking about leaving the game quiet for the next few months waiting for a few patchs.
The reason for that is kind of obvious, if I play know I can get bored and loose my desire of playing the game even after the patchs, so I think that the best to do is trust devs, sit and wait the game to get upgraded,
I am pretty sure that in the nearby future I am going to spend long hours playing, setting atack fleets, creating alliances. SEV have a potential to go where SEIV could never made. Until that, maybe I should keep playing SEIV with an AI mod for a while.
And what about you guys?

I thought the same thing,
I thought the same thing, but after two days I loaded it back up and went at it again. I'm sticking with the one game I started to work out tactics , ship designs and learn the tech tree. I'm hoping the next patch will fix the show stoppers and the balance mod will do the rest.
