BUG Political reports have verbage reversed, also too vague

I happened to make a pact with one alien race where we share system maps, tech levels (-4 levels), captured ship designs, and much more.

There are 2 things wrong with the interface:

1. In the events for the turn, ALL events say they give me something, however it is I always giving them something. (Hey, I'm a newbie, and I'm hoping that being friendly makes friends. That and I've got 15x the Research of anyone else.)

2. The reports are either too vague (tech transfer should list the level), or I can't find the information through the GUI (like captured ship designs, Intelligence reports, and others).

Any help here?
