Description
The Toxin Injector still isn't working correctly. When I went to test it, I noticed that a ship hit with an Injector DOES lose crew, but only for a split second. Then the crew amount snaps back up to full- even though there's no component or ability that should be regenerating the crew.
(this was in the combat simulator, have not tested "live")

In 1.13, crews no longer take any damage. Toxin Injectors are non-functional, and Boarding Parties cannot take over any ship with > 0 crew.




I wonder if this is related to the problems with boarding combat
Note the bug with boarding combat. Nice further testing...
