Cannot mothball

Do you have any cargo in the base?

I gave up trying to mothball bases. I noticed that ships with no movement points left couldn't be mothballed. Since a base never has any movement points (and it's considered a ship), I don't think it can work.

This was back in 1.33 or earlier. Has anyone successfully mothballed a base?

Astroshak is right about cargo. I think the game gives a warning box if you try to mothball or upgrade a ship with cargo aboard.

Recently (1.71, latest BM) I mothballed a bunch of ships - and then couldn't UNmothball any of them later.

Anyone else having this problem?
