Releases for Play By FTP script

fixed Round Robin host checking for the wrong file.
tweeked some things in the Host index and the files it checks when you do things.

fixed a couple of things which got broke in other releases.
rewrote FTP connection and file upload/download to make maintanance a bit easier. still havn't figured out how to get a progress bar working though.

please report anywhere it's not working properly.

download any file will break if it's not a zipfile though...

Fixed a few misc bugs and did a bit of cleaning in the indexes
for some index options you can now input two numbers to do one after the other
12 for 1 then 2 straight after for instance, only works with
items which nothing has to happen between (such as prossessing)
