Saved games

I have a game saved currently.. that always crashes to desktop with a fatal exception.

During this turn, another empire whome I have a non-agression pact with, choses to sneak attack my planet..

regardless of how I resolve this battle, it crashes when moving on to the next player after the combat.

Is there anyone I could send the save game file to, for possible help in determining of of my more annoying problems with the game? maybe shed a little insight into a problem?
