Space Empires V General
We can pick mining aptitude organic knowledge and such ourselves. Is this hard coded for the default AI players? I looked in their folder and saw nothing about these traits... Just wondering if I add a new tech tree like organinc if only I will ever have access to it. If they do pick it dynamically upon creation how do they decide? Does anyone know?




So since I can't choose the main AIs to play with I assume it picks from them first before doing any random AIs. So as long as I stay under the number of main AIs no one will choose my new trait? BTW that is how I want it, otherwise I'd create empires rather than letting it add random ones. I want only me to have "Sayian Knowledge"
which give my ships the ability to have another engine(movement) every 4th level or so depending on ship type, among other things.
Some flexibility
The main AIs are scripted to choose certain traits, but the random AIs have some flexibility.
