Request from Fyron:
Please change the dynamics so that they do not lock the application in a paused state while SE4 is running.
I often play with many copies of the game open.

Idea: Move the current code which disables the popup to just hide/remove the ability to 'exit' the launcher until copies of SE4 have finished running (for memory hook safety).
Idea2: Investigate thread based launching?
Idea3: Exitcode <> 0 means invalid password for that player.
