Description
I keep upgrading my resupply depots, but they never get upgraded; they're stuck at whatever level I built them at!
Fix
This issue has been addressed in the latest version (v 1.13):
12. Fixed - "Upgrade Facilities" action on the Construction Queues window would not work correctly if upgrades were already present in the queue.
Download v 1.13 from the SFI website and give it a try!
