Added   - File Location Dialog for identifying installations of SE4
Added   - Configuration Dialog adds and removes SE4 Installations.
          Data is saved now to the Ini file and loaded on program execution.
Added   - Multiple copies of SE4 supported, with custom labels for each.
Changed - Hierarchy only shows if > 1 copy of SE4 specified
          Custom Label also only shows with > 1 copy.

Added   - TIniFile class used (very useful) to create and manage the ini-file.
          Unsure how it will handle multiple copies of the same data, but I'll
          see what I can do.
Added   - Icons created for the application..
          Now the system tray app looks like a little wormhole.
Added   - Dynamically Generates the popupmenu for basic SE4 usage.
Added   - Launches SE4 when specified.
Added   - Handles multiple copies of SE4.
Added   - Dialog Box for Configuration (shell).
