Net resource production zeroed for starships on system list |

Description
In the system list window, all ships have a net resource production of zero, even though they have maintenance costs which show up properly on the individual ship reports. I'm not sure if planets take into account maintenance on that screen...
It's only production, not net production
Production amounts do not factor in maintenance in the colonies or system lists.
