Game breaking and unavoidable problem: warp point loop. when you try to warp through an unexplored warp point, your ship will be returned to some random explored warp point. AND it's even WORSE AFTER patch, before the patch, the walk-around would be save, exit and then reload, but after patch, reload can not fix the problem.
also there's another BIG issue with warp: if you choose warp point can be anywhere on the map, the you will get some warp point inside the star, thus make it unreachable for your ship.

I get this problem too
I get this problem too, however it only occurs for me if you use the command "Explore nearest unexplored warp-point" (Shortcut: e). If you warp through manually (using shortcut: w), it doesn't happen. This has happened in EVERY game I've started in the demo, release, AND after patch 1.08. All you have to do is after building your first ship, issue it the explore nearest warppoint order. Watch what warppoint it goes through, then go back to the starting system, you'll see that a completely different warppoint was ACTUALLY explored.

This was in the demo. The issue is easily resolved: tell the ship to warp through the point and don't tell it to 'E' explore. I only had the issue when using the Explore feature and even if I got the looping, it was solved once I specifically told the ship to warp through.

Warp Points anywhere
This problem comes from the fact that when you select Warp Point can be anywhere in the system, they will sometimes appear inside stars. So if you go through the other end, you've done something that should be impossible.
