Updates for IA and EA shipsets

I've notice some of the ships aren't fully textured in the IA set so here are updated files. The B5 starbase has been redone too as it was always a disappoint to me.  

The colony, frigate, destroyer and cruiser ships now have their textures applied completely. The B5 starbase has been reworked.
Drop the include files into your IA or EA folder in the Empires directory of SEV and let them overwrite. The Texture files are already there but for Bab5.bmp. After that you can delete B5a2.bmp. EA just has the new B5 station. The cruiser in the Minbari set is complete, that's what clued me.
