Bug Reports
Has anyone seen that the Population listed in the planet is not up to date with the way it's listed in the data file
for example i'm playing the Proportions mod and the homeworld Pop is 20B/45B ?????
if in the RacialTraits file under Advanced Storage Techniques the boost is ONLY 25% the game shows it as 125% ????
and when I put a colony on a huge world (that i can breath) it shows that the max id only 40B not 50B like it should
thats just my view anyways

OK i'm dumb sorry to talk about something i did not understand it would seem that in the homeworld facilities there is this
Ability 9 Description := Cultural Facilities increase maximum population on planet by [%Amount1%].
Ability 9 Scope := Space Object
Ability 9 Range Formula := 0
Ability 9 Amount 1 Formula := 25000
Ability 9 Amount 2 Formula := 0
