Bug Reports
As of 1.74 if you trade tech to get the other atmosphere types. You get the tech but the planets do not show to colonizable. if you send a colony ship to the planet with the correct tech, it says you can not colonize.

Maybe you choose "only colonise same planet type" at the start of your game?
