FREEMASONS RUN THE UNIVERSE!!!

Okay. So I just now finished watching a special on Freemasons on the National Geographic channel. It was typical history channel stuff about the weird theories that surround the masonic lodges, with things brought down to earth and some masons showing up as talking heads to bash some of the sillier nonsense. At the end of the special, after teasing us with it for the entire damn hour, they show some footage of a masonic ceremony (captured with permission) inducting a new grand master to lead a lodge.

While the footage is playing, the documentary producers put this grandiose song in the background. When I heard it, I nearly fell over laughing. It's one of the tracks from Space Empires 5! You know, the determined war song with the chorus going "AHHHHH...EEEE...OOOOO...AH EEEE..." and so forth. he same exact song!

I got a major kick of that. Obviously, someone's been dipping into the creative commons licenses. Obviously, someone needs to do research to prevent silliness like this.
