Vista SE:V Problems

Good evening,

sorry if this has been asked before, but i got my new laptop a few weeks ago, and SE:V was installed and was working perfectly, Then this morning when i tried to play it, it would come up on the task bar at the bottom but the game then crashed my laptop, have gone through everything on my laptop's troubleshoot, and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game countless times and still nothing...

please help, i love this game and i don't want to stop playing it...
