I hope that there is a manual in the end. This is one of those areas that I really get stuck on when companies do not provide manuals for their games.
SEV will not be an easy game to grasp for a lot of people and a well written and thorough manual can all the difference.
Also, it makes good reading in low times and a great reference source.
