What does Environmental Resistance do? |
The name suggests that it makes a race more able to withstand unpleasant planets.
Does this effect morale? Does it effect production? How much?

+Tolerance = +Reproduction
Only indirectly. It affects the reproduction rate. I think +5% tolerance translates to +1 reproduction - although that might be from SE:IV and I might be making the numbers up.
