I noticed something odd about the Emergency Build for queues...the description says it's 200% for a year, followed by 50%. It actually is doing 150% and 25%.
Is this a typo or a Balance Mod change?

It's actually a typo in the default Help Text. The BM settings are 150% and 25% for fast/slow build.
