Space Empires V General
I was having problems with the Opera browser (wouldn't display tab tooltips)...ended up running RegSupreme and cleared out my registry of errors. Also found inexplicable residue of ATI video drivers (my laptop has Intel).
Anyway, that plus the latest SE5 patch and my white flash problem seems to be gone.
I'll get a flash rarely (once every 5 minutes or so).
So if you're having the problem, check your registry and look for video driver residue.

I get flashes occasionally (a few every hour or so) but there doesn't seem to be a pattern. It goes away on its own or after I restart. Not a big problem for me. (I have a GeForce 6600 I believe)
