Save/Load Strategies & settings

As far as I know, you have to change it for each game. Yes, I know, its a hassle for me too but meh, what can you do. I edit the Optimal Range strat, the Don't get hurt strat and make my own strat called GTFO for each game I play.

Strats are saved if you save an empire during the game. Trouble is, those empires are hard to qualify when you go to start a new game.

I'm actually using a saved empire in my current game, and ironically I have DD093 strats vs. the AIs' DD094 strats. It's not all that big a disadvantage, but it's keeping me from testing the changes properly.
