EvilMod AI

I have been holding out for an AI modder to help me with the EvilMod for ages.

So, I am putting out a requesr to anyone and everyone to please help me mod the AI. The next release contains most of the tech tree and other new comps + ships. I cannot release it until the AI gets adapted from Unnamed Mod.

If you can help please post here saying so. Any help would be great.

Well, maybe you could have the first release be a PBW/PBEM version. No AI to worry about, strictly PvP. Then you could get it out there for people to play and have more time to find an AI modder.

I have no idea man, all the usual suspects maybe busy with their own projects - SJ, Captain, Unnamed, Ekolis, Bearclaw ..they all have their own stuff going on AFAIK. (and no that wasn't supposed to be an all inclusive list, lol)

Have you sent mails to these various ppl and asked for help? I know you've posted on threads asking but, from this latest thread, I gather nobody has answered the call eh?

But, like I said, make this first full version release strictly for PvP (player versus player) and don't worry about the AI. Some of the best mods are not compatible with AI's really. Devnull's SEV mod is one of my favorites but the AI is broken (won't use the updated techs or whatever) so its strictly a PBW thing. And thats not really a bad thing. Consider the monumental scale of all the changes you've made in your mod ...it would take forever and 6 weeks to mod the AI to intelligently use all that. If no one steps up and you can't or won't do it yourself, consider just leaving it as a multiplayer mod and leave it at that.

KK, in that case the next version will be out in a week or so.

It will finally have the new tech tree. And the new planet structure sys etc.
