Bases can't cloak? |

Am I an idiot or is it impossible to cloak a base? I put a stealth totem on a base in a Devnull Mod game, but I can't get the base to cloak - the order seems to be greyed out! The base has supplies, so that shouldn't be an issue... perhaps the problem is that the base can't move?
Or perhaps it's that the stealth totem says it has a level 1 cloak, which all objects already have inherently? Actually it says it blocks level 1 scans, but that really means it has a level 1 cloak which blocks scans BELOW level 1, right?
Re: Bases can't cloak?
I guess the obviou squestion is "do you have a treaty that prevents you from using cloaking?"
Re: Bases can't cloak?
I must agree here. I've tested it and apparently a stealth totem does allow you to issue a cloak command, the same as the armor. The order might be setup to require something with movement. Many other orders do.
Re: Bases can't cloak?
Have you tried other cloaking devices on bases ?
