Creating Diplomatic Racial Traits

Not sure if anyone else is interested in this; however, I've managed to create racial traits that increase or decrease the inherent anger races have for each other.

I used stand in abilities that are not in use (like culture), for the ability in the racial trait. Then I had the code look for that ability (culture) and if so, give the appropriate bonus or penalty to anger.

Its part of my attempts to increase the range of racial traits available to choose from and create races that truly feel different. I plan to release these new traits (over 150 new ones) pretty soon after my next mod release with races taught to use them.

Its good (I guess... ) to have one race hate some more than others. For example Insectoids like Mechanoids more and hate Humanoids more. Smiling

I will probably release a version of Unnamed AI mod, with the additional racial traits and a version without for those that want pure stock.
