No, actually that is Admiral Yamamoto, specifically Fleet Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto. Famous WWII Admiral, he died during an inspection tour of forward positions in the Solomon Islands when his transport aircraft was ambushed by American P-38 Lightning fighter planes.
