Hi again umm I just recently installed the balance mod and it does not show up. I guessing it because the of the version of the game I have which is V 1.66. Am i right?

No, the mod works fine with v1.66. I would guess you didn't stick it in the right folder. Is the path to the Balance Mod folder similar to the one in the image on this page: http://www.captainkwok.net/balancemodhelp.php ?
