Hi i have the steam version and want to buy a hard copy does a manual {printed one} come with the boxed game my printer is broken and i love reading through the manuals

So download the electronic version and place it on a floppy/cd and take it to your local library and print it out ..or a friends house.

It does, but it is not worth the money. At least in the EU-version, you only have a very brief one. I'm not sure if you get a better one in the US -version, but as the game is even cheaper there and there are topics at this site about were to get a detailed one, I don't think that it will have a good one, too. The one at the wiki is probably the best one you will get, but sadly it is only electronical...
