Does the bonus from central computer complex and system computer complex stack and what about citizen databank complex and system citizen databank?
How many supplies does a ship use when it uses one movement point? I need to know to find out how many solar collectors I need on my ships.

Rightclick on one of your engines and look for the Supplies Used field, multiply that number by the number of engines and then the number of moves per turn. Say you had an Ion Engine that used 4 supplies per move and had 10 engines on board and you could move 10 hexes per turn.
4 * 10 = 40
40 * 10 = 400
You would know then that you were using 400 supplies per full movement turn per ship.
As for the stackable questions, I think they do but I'm not totally positive on that.
