Enemy Mine |
No, not the movie. An enemy empire has minefields over its planets. Don't ask me how I can see the minefield, it seems that in SEV they don't have a high enough cloaking level to defeat high-level sensors. But anyway, when I try to invade the planet (my ships include mine-sweepers) the minefield remains but now contains zero mines, and I can't attack the planet. It doesn't matter what order I give, combat just will not begin. Needless to say, this makes the enemy invulnerable as almost all his planets have minefields around them.
the ground regenerating mine..:(
i conquered a planet that had 1 sm mine in the cargo.. as a result, i fought a ground combat every turn untill i figured out that i had to scrap the mine.. it never showed on my cargo for some reason.. and themine kept comming back.. i would run it over and it would be there the next turn.. how agrivating.

I had a similar problem.
I had a similar problem. Selecting that sector and using the command to toggle minefield will allow you to proceed.
Another problem still remained for me. I was unable to sweep for the mine I knew was there. My mine sweeper was in a fleet, and with the mine field toggled on I was unable to move my minesweeper to that sector for mine removal.
