Couple of questions

Hey guys, I had a couple questions for the resident gurus, please.

1) Do Shield Regenerators regenerate phased shields if thats the type of shields your using? I only ask because there apparently is no "phased shield regenerator" or atleast I haven't seen one yet.

2) Do armor effects stack? Like for emissive armor, does the damage reduction stack so if you used say 5x emissive armors would the effect be 5x?
