if anyone has xfire, aim, msn, yahoo, we should all list a screen name and the client so when we are on we can chat it up a little bit about the game or just chat.

Yeah, IRC is much easier and better than random shoddy IM networks. 
There is even a convenient java applet configured to take you straight there in your browser.
