Where do these Types come from or where are these Types defined?

I've been wondering what else is possible... like
is there a Point Generation Modifier - Organics that
can be used for "native population" planets?

Abilities generally work in any file, assuming the object type could reasonably apply (eg: Planet Maximum Population makes no sense as a component). All of those are just facility abilities that ended up working as planet abilities in testing.
I assume Point Generation Modifier - Organics would work, but didn't want to use it due to the completely random nature of planet values (ie: what's the point of a 30% bonus if the value is 20%?).
