Components not showing up in Ship design |

As you can see, the Supply Storage, Ordnance Storage, and the Heavy Armor components are not showing up in the Ship Design page.
Have I installed the above mods incorrectly?
I've read over the installation for BM & FQM, but I have seen a few other oddities that lead me to question if I've done something incorrect with the installation of those 2 mods.
Side Note:
Just to be on the "safe side" could somebody go over the preferred/best way to install these two mods step-by-step?

Re: Components not showing up in Ship design
It looks you're missing at least the components.bmp file in the Balance Mod's pictures\components folder at the very least...

Re: Components not showing up in Ship design
In the Multimedia pack, you keep the new directories within each subfolder of Pictures... meaning, you will have paths like Pictures\Models\FQM\ ... don't remove the files from \FQM\ and put them in the parent folder, etc.
The multimedia pack doesn't have to be put in the GameTypes mod folder... since it keeps everything in new subfolders (FQM, Lacota, GE, SJsWPG, etc) it doesn't overwrite anything that affects the Stock... and can simply be added within the root Pictures directories.
[edit] I don't get most of your other steps... but the MM pack files all go in directories like Pictures\(Models, Effects, Planets, etc)\(FQM, Lacota, GE, SJsWPG, etc)\
And the FQM mod folder itself goes into the GameTypes folder without adding anything.

Re: Components not showing up in Ship design
You've overwritten the Balance Mod's components.bmp, which has the unique images that you are missing. The multimedia pack files are actually intended to overwrite or append the stock image files, allowing them to be referenced by any mod.

Re: Components not showing up in Ship design
Mmm? Those 3 components use non-stock pictures for their component images. By any chance did you simply overwrite the data files in your SE V/Data/ folder (assuming you installed the game itself to a folder named SE V/)? Or wait, did you by chance completely erase one mod's images and put the other on it?
Oh and confirmation question to others: was it only the previous version of FQM that was on BM 1.11 by default?
