Are the combat defensive bonuses for stealth and scattering armour meant to stack? I know how to make them stack, I just want to know if it is a deliberate design decision that they don't.

With each other, or multiple instances of the same armor? I always thought they stacked with each other... but then I'm not sure how to make multiple instances of the same armor stack!
